Apparently you have never read The Constitution or The Deceleration of Independence because nowhere in those documents does it mention the US being a Democracy. It does however mention the United States being a Republic several times.

@ Which is EXACTLY how they have functioned for the last 100 years +. Except now we have one side calling for Judges to be removed whenever that Judge or group of Justices issues an opinion they disagree with.

@A-ARMY And The Democrats threatening to expand The Supreme Court while there is a Democrat President in office so they can get the rulings they want. And yes, I agree that we are headed down the road to becoming a Fascist country when we have one party actively trying to jail their political opponent. Once we go down that road there is no way back.

@ It is pathetic when we have a party calling to expand the Court when they are in office so they can stack it with Justices that are more to their liking. As far a fascism goes, it is sad that we have gone down that road where one political party has spent the last 9 years trying to jail their political opponent. That, is the very definition of fascism.
