  2.  @Rob-vg8kq  Except when a Police Office arrests someone they are rarely happy about it regardless of what they have done. Without Qualified Immunity every arrest an Officer made, the defendant would sue him and then agree to drop the case if the State dropped the charges. If you know the Legal System then you know that you can sue just about anyone for just about anything whether it has merit or not and the person being sued still has to defend themselves by hiring a Lawyer which can easily run into Tens Of Thousands of dollars.

  4.  @DriveFastLookGood  It says that as long as The Officer follows Federal Law, State Law and Department Policy they are immune from Civil Liability. Why do you have a problem with that?
