  18.  @rickomba  Not committing what is classed as an International War Crime by intentionally targeting civilians. When the Palestinians randomly launch unguided rockets into Israel from launching positions in schoolyards and the roofs of apartment blocks and hospitals this is done to purposely provoke a defensive response from Israel which they then claim Israel targeted civilian targets. The only solution (which they have stated in their charter) that the Palestinians will accept is the complete destruction of the Israeli State which will never happen. Palestine is not willing to live in peace as long as Israel exists.
