  2.  @PacificForage  To qualify for a Mortgage on the average home where I live you need a household income of at least $110,000/yr plus 20% down. The average home price is $350,000. So you need $70,000 down and a minimum of $110,000/yr. Before Biden took office the average home cost $210,000 for a 2800 sq/ft. I work with guys making $60,000 a year who must work two jobs (with their wives working as well) to have any hope of ever owning a home. Yup, the economy is doing great----NOT!!!!!!
