The Ukrainians must win this war. We MUST give them WHATEVER they need to do it. This is vital. Hunter's Job hangs in the balance.

@donaldkasper8346 The NAZI's did the EXACT SAME thing at the end of WWII (ever heard of the Volkssturm ?) and it was a miserable failure even considering that many of them were WWI Combat Veterans as it had ended only 25years before. So figuring that passing out some WWII surplus bolt action rifles to a bunch of untrained, unmotivated civilians is going to stop the Russian Armed Forces is DELUSIONAL.

@donaldkasper8346 So St. Petersburg with a population of 4.9 MILLION is not a Major City? How about Novosibirsk with a population of 1.5 MILLION? That is not a Major City? How about Yekaterinburg with a population of 1.4 MILLION? That is not a Major City? Or Kazan with a population of 1.25 MILLION? That is not a Major City? I could go on. I didn't know that cities with over ONE MILLION people were not Major Cities. Well you learn something new every time you talk to a Leftist.

@donaldkasper8346 I very much doubt that we will go into a War with a Nuclear Armed Superpower to save Ukraine. Are you ready to commit the US (essentially the entire world) to Full Scale Nuclear War to save them?

@holzy0815 So even the Ukrainian Army with Tanks, Surface to Air Missals, Combat Aircraft and MLRS can't stop the Russian Army, but some Civilians with WWII Bolt Action Rifles will be the Game Changer--- Right? Second off you bring up the Taliban. Yes it worked against an Army that is bound by the Geneva Convention like the US is. The thing is the Russians couldn't care less about the Geneva Convention. Bombing Civilian neighborhoods, Destroying critical Infrastructure, Attacking Nuclear Power Plants, All in A Day's Work for the Russians. And as far as Hezbollah goes. yes they do have some success when they launch Qassam rockets from the roof of Hospitals, Apartment Blocks and Orphanages because they know that the Israelis won't attack civilian targets. If the Ukrain tries this though they will fail because the Russians aren't burdened by such morals. The fact of the matter is that the Russians can afford to loose A LOT more men than Ukraine can. And at the end of the day if the US or NATO takes up Direct Involvement it will very likely end up as a Tactical Nuclear War at the minimum, but very likely ICBM's become involved and that means Global War. And I'm pretty sure that the rest of the world (The United States included) is not willing to go through that to save Ukraine.
