  1. You do understand that for a Police Officer to be certified on TAZER they take a hit from that device, Right? How many of them are "Tortured" and need "Medical Attention" if they "Survive At All" from this training? Of course they aren't high on COCAINE either.

  6.  @LiLesah  A "Teacher" who used Cocaine (Illegal) Left the scene of a Traffic Crash that HE CAUSED (Illegal) attempted to Carjack an Innocent Persons Car (Illegal) Fought with Police (Illegal) Ran into traffic potentially causing additional innocent people to be harmed or killed (Illegal). I know it's hard to hear, but he and HE ALONE caused this incident and he is the one to blame for the outcome.

So what you are telling me is that we TORTURE all of our Officers while they are at the Police Academy? So should the Instructors at the Police Academy be charged with Crimes Against Humanity? Because according to your Demented Logic that is what should happen.
