They have stated that they will either convict him of something, or keep him in court fighting BS Charges until they ruin him financially.

No, The Constitution DOESN'T say that. It says THE DEFENDANT has the right to a "Quick And Speedy Trial". I guess you slept through that part of US History.

@yvonnelewis4888 Well Cornell University Law School would disagree with you on that one. Please reread the Sixth Amendment where it says "“In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed". Please point out where it says it applies to "The People Affected" like you claim.
