So the Police ordered him to drop a knife he was holding AFTER responding to a call of another man who had been stabbed at in the same area. He refused to drop the knife and threatened to throw it at the Police then attempting to leave the scene. So what should the Police have done, approach him and get stabbed themselves, or let him go on his way and stab someone else? What if instead of all of this he would have just dropped the knife? None of this would have happened and we wouldn't be hearing this story.
