  1. I agree. But I would go one step further. If(according to the Left) 14000 people are killed each year by gunfire (not a valid number at all) I believe that anyone who wants to consume alcoholic beverages must complete a course on the health effects and dangers of consuming alcohol and the proper use of alcoholic beverages. Then they should be required to pass a test showing that they have learned the responsibility of having, care and safety. Yes this will take time and the people running the program will need to be trained to spot potential problems. I mean if 14000 people a year dead is reason for drastic and immediate action, 142,000 dead each year (2020 statistics) certainly means we must act NOW to stop these deaths from the SCOURGE of ALCOHOL!
