@Yatlick Please quote me the Constitutional Amendment that guarantees marriage in any Way, Shape or Form.

@j.sumner6999 ABSOLUTELY 100% Right.

@cxa340 My bet is that if instead of a Gay couple wanting work done it was a Surpremist Group the attitude here that the Web Designers are obligated to do it would be completely different.

@Yatlick My point is that no one has a "Civil Right" to get married. Perhaps I did not get your meaning though.

So why wouldn't someone who agreed with Gay marriage and was a Web Designer start a website specializing in Same Sex Marriages and dominate the market? As this can be done from anywhere, they could live wherever and still corner the market.

What race you are is not a choice you make.

@noblelies I have NEVER argued that ANYONE in the U.S. has a Constitutional Right to marriage. The U.S. Constitution does not mention marriage in any way, shape or form.

@totallynottrademarked5279 OK so Democrats want it to fit into there. Well guess what? I don't have to make the Right To Bear Arms fit into something because it is the Second Amendment. So if the 14th Amendment is so sacred (according to Democrats) then why isn't the Second Amendment just as important? Or can it be that the only Constitutional Amendments that Democrats are willing to defend are the ones they agree with?

@srsmopar3808 Mormons don't practice Polygamy. It has been banned in the Mormon church since 1896. Please get your facts straight.
