  1. All this bill ever has been is a bail out and give away to Blue States. If the GOP were to go back to the Dems and propose that they would sign off on it if the money was distributed to the states on a per capita basis the Dems would never agree to that. Dems have been running Blue States into the gutter for the last 50 years and now want a reset at the Red States expense. "Let's Go Brandon"
