  1. I have to pass random drug tests to keep my job so I can earn the money that they get. If I have to pass a drug test to earn that money, why shouldn't they have to pass one to get it.

  2. @ OK to get STATE benefits I guess that would be OK. But Marijuana is still illegal Federally so use of Marijuana should disqualify you from receiving any Federal Benefits.
