  4.  @oliviaortiz5157  Cook County went over 75% for Biden. That is FACT. By voting for Biden, they voted for his policies and those of the Democratic Leadership of Chicago. I know it sucks to admit that The Democrats caused this, but they did. As Barack Obama said :"Elections Have Consequences". Well what you are seeing in these Democrat run cities are those very consequences. Democrats all ran around like chickens with their heads cut off yelling "TRUMP EVIL, TRUMP BAD". And the people in these cities listened and voted for a different Administration. Well this is what they voted for.
