  12.  @masskilla469  Biden stated during his campaign that he would stop building The Border Wall (which BTW was working as is evidenced by some of the lowest rates in 50 years) on Day One which he did. So those (States and Cities) who voted for Biden, voted for his stated policies and should not complain when he does EXACTLY what he said he was going to do.
