  1. I don't think so. Where he took a Plea Deal off a much more serious charge he will very likely be required to do the entire 20 years.

  7. In RED States like Texas they usually do not allow any CTS or Good Time when the Defendant takes a Plea Deal.

  8. In the state I live in it would be an ABSOLUTE MINIMUM of 20 years where he made a plea deal.
