  3. Not sure. I do know that Walz claimed to have made the rank of Command Sergeant Major (E-9) when he retired at the rank of (E-8). But I guess you are OK with that because Walz has a (D) after his name.

  6.  @DrthVictor  And the REAL Command Sergeant Major who took his place when he bailed on his unit when they were deployed to Iraq says that he didn't complete the Sergeant Majors Academy and therefore never earned that rank. But I will ask you this. If your local Police Department hired a new Officer and he failed to complete The Police Academy, would you still be OK with him pulling you over and writing you a citation or arresting you? I mean just like Walz he legitimately held that title for a minuet.

  7.  @DrthVictor  Yes. Police Departments often hire Officers and then put them through the Police Academy. Usually their continued employment is based on them successfully completing the Academy. Kind of like Walz rank promotion was based on him completing the Sergeant Majors Academy which he did not do.
