Won't happen though. After all he does have a (D) after his name. Now if there was an (R) after his name, Dems would be calling for Impeachment.

@peterriley7001 Except in todays world it does make a difference. Hunter Biden was offered a writ of Transactional Immunity for ANYTHING else he may have done if he plead to two low level misdemeanors. Show me anyone else who has been given that kind of a deal? Additionally many here are calling for Trump to go to Prison for having Classified Documents, but on the other hand want to forget about the fact that Joe Biden had Classified Documents and had never been President at the time they were taken. So yes there is a double standard based on whether you have a (D) or (R) after your name.
