Using information that they knew was false (The Steel Dossier)(Which was funded in part by the Clinton Campaign) they went to a FISA Court and lied to get a Warrant to Spy on the Trump Campaign. So you can call it whatever you want, but it started in 2016 and is ongoing to this day. Do the math yourself.
