  1. Rule by Law in the PRC. CCP controls anything so nothing could be surprising that they are illegally stealing money from the depositors. Without any Rule of Law and transparencies, anything could happened in the PRC. This is the precise reason why the top Elite Beijing officials also have the most money around. I wouldn't be surprised about all the strange things going on in the PRC. Anything can happened. It is already happening in the second and third tiered banks. This pyramid would be going all the way up. I never believed that the CCP wouldn't even know anything about this. It could only get worse.
