The empty cities crisis in the 2000s should be a huge warning to the World. However, due to bribes and collusions by the CCP to enticing willing Western and Asian companies to invest in the PRC. Most ignored those alarm bells altogether for a piece of the lucrative PRC market. This CCP investment scam in the PRC is to merely changing the name from State-owned Enterprises to Private Enterprises IN NAMES ONLY. The businessmen are in charge but they are merely puppets from Beijing with the CCP directing the shots. Most were naive enough to believe that Capitalism has been taken place. This is just the charade in the CCP's Bags of Tricks to fool the World, and they laughed all the way to the bank. So this is not a surprise and we will see more of it. The repeat of the 2008 was that the bond rating agencies like Standard & Poor and Moody's didn't do anything to warn the public. The same as the World Bank, IMF and the likes fraudulently boosting the PRC's ratings when it should not be. All to follow the CCP's line and having the piece of the corrupted pie. The problem is that the CCP eventually takes everything and it is way too late in the "Attract, Trap and Slaughter" game. Whether it is personal and business. The end game is all the same and very predictable.
