I still think trans is very social contructivist. The notion that "you can force other people to see you the way you want them to" - seems ultra-social contructivist to me. It's clearly objectively false : even if you manage to force people to kow tow and prostrate before you, and to outwardly "respect you" - you still cannot stop them resenting you for it. The trans demand to be called by their pronouns is a demand we buy into their social constructivism. To buy into their social constructivism is to call our own world a kind of matrix - the matrix of "cis-heteronormativity" the trans think they've escaped from but which they think we're still trapped in.
