Journalists don't make stuff up. They generally cherry pick things which other people make up. He says he's "protecting sources" but more likely he's repeating gossip. Activists make stuff up.

Carbon capture and storage is literally spending money to harm nature. Carbon dioxide in the atmosphere is literal plant food. It is he substance upon which all life on earth depends. The more CO2 in the atmosphere - the healthier the biosphere is. They want to spend billions (initially) to degrade the biosphere. Ultimately it will costs us trillions.
