  1. Suppose somebody believed they had a demon in their head which was destroying their life by thwarting everything they try to achieve. Perhaps they might conclude that medical treatment to exorcise the demon is required? Maybe a surgical procedure to remove part of their brain might do the trick? Should we allow people to self-diagnose as demonically infected? Should such people be able to demand a lobotomy, for example, to make them happy, and fulfilled?
