  2. It's Smoot Hawley - But I think you are right. It is said these tariffs contributed to the Great Depression. I've wondered about this whole thing. A convict is in power because folks wouldn't vote for a black Asian Indian woman. I hope somebody figures all this out because stuff is flying into the fan.

  3. The man in the video made a lot of sense. Why would Trump want to risk making Canadians angry? The excuse given was fentanyl importation. That is a ridiculous excuse for tariffs. I figure (1) he's looney tunes. (2) He's got a hidden agenda as Mr. Biernat says. I just hope the courts can shut down his BS.

  4. It just seems that gas prices have been OK under Biden. We'll see with Trump. I worry about what tariffs will do to oil sand oil exported into the Midwest. It may help the sale of those electric cars he seems to hate so much.

  5. This was good - I liked where he basically said the Russian have a "lizard brain" mentality. Trump cannot and will not understand that he will be negotiating with "talking lizards." The lizards have strategies that have worked since the time of the dinosaurs. They do not strike when they can be hurt badly. They are cold blooded creatures. They can sit and wait. Then they strike when their prey does not suspect it, is exposed and has a high probability of being hurt.
