Thanks - I only half listen to rhetoric from politicians, but a couple of things you said really disturbed me. Are Russians really going to sell the idea of "Sanctions Relief" and make it believable? I guess stranger things have happened. I found the results of the recent US presidential election as one such example. It was also mentioned that a Lend Lease program could be used to help Russia. That idea is just so wrong. Yet if they repeat some of this stuff often enough on controlled media , "Perception becomes reality."
