  1. Good Video - Check it out. Argentina is run by an economist. There are news reports that they pulled out of BRICS. Argentina has a lot of resources. If they get inflation under control, they may be an ascending country. A lot of investment has been flooding into India. India appears to be a rising world power. These countries may not be considered losers. Will Russia be the controlling power in BRICS? China is now the dog and Russia the tail. Brazil has a larger GDP than Russia. India has a larger economy than Russia. I do not think these countries will let Russia dictate BRICS policies.
