  1. I wasn't expecting this nutrition talk. Sad to say I use Canola oil. Olive oil is pricey. This was a good reminder to "Eat food, not too much and mostly plants." After this talk I'll have my green leafy vegetables tonight with their antioxidants. Good Reminder to eat right. Jeez - Vodka and bad food. Russia sounds like quite a place.

  2.  @q1q2q23  The internet will tell you what's bad about seed oils. The only oil the experts seem to like is olive oil. However, when I was a kid they said lard was bad. Now they say lard is good. So the experts change their minds.
