  2. Russia does have a huge stash of cash. However, almost the entire world is against one country of 150 million people. Isn't it better odds than you receive at the stock market that their value will decrease?

  3.  @darthstarone3532  Yes - That big tax cut a few years back did not help. Back in Slick Willie's time we had a brief surplus. The two parties who run the country borrow, borrow and borrow. This effectively increases the money supply and is inflationary. At the same time, they do not invest in the future of the people of the country via, research, education or infrastructure. However, trillions of dollars can be used to invade a third world country in the Middle East that posed no real threat. Politicians are owned by the rich. It's kind of like the country is run by oligarchs. I guess I generally agree with you.
