  1. The US seems to have a oversize view of itself. It has 5 percent of the world's population. It seems like there are plenty of other people in the world that would appreciate Chinese goods. It also seems that any conflict with China would be on their turf. There are very long supply lines between the US and China. One must also consider the last great war, World War 2. The US industrial might contributed greatly to that war. The US industrial might has been moved to China by Reaganomics and neo-liberalism. Maybe it's time for Peter to get off the pot and do some deeper thinking.
