  2. Snow on the trees looks nice when you know it will melt the next day. So,........A few years back, maybe 15 to 20, there were people out there that preached "market forces." These "market forces" were the panacea for everything. They preached if you just left everything alone, "market forces" would solve the world's problems. Then I listen to Peter. He talks about all these economic problems coming at us like a freight train. The "market forces" guys are nowhere to be seen. I kind of think this economic stuff is like the rest of our reality. Some invisible hand does not just reach in and fix stuff. Planning and actions in advance of problems go a long way. I guess that's the difference between good and bad leadership.
