  1. Underlying Peter's talk about labor availability is the phrase "cheap labor." There used to be a huge company in the United States called RCA. They were big in electronics in the age of radio and early televisions. Some may have seen the classic advertisement, "his masters voice." The people with money moved the manufacturing to other lands. These lands were not set up for manufacturing, but they invested to make it so. Why did they do this? It was because there were plenty of people willing to work for little more than peanuts. Now Peter says manufacturing is returning. Have the people with the big money finally decided to treat the workers with dignity and to pay a living wage? History teaches us that these folks just aren't like that.
