Wow! I thought it was just a weather balloon like the Chinese said. China has become rich and powerful trading with the US and the world. To feed the 1.4 billion people, you would think they would "behave" themselves to continue to be the manufacturers for the world. It is not etched in stone that China is the manufacturer for the world. Once major customers like the US, Canada and the EU decide that stuff should be sourced elsewhere, the funds the Chinese have for military adventures will become scarce Although their own internal market is huge and their funds are huge, they won't last forever without foreign sales. On the other hand, they have purchased a lot of foreign businesses which will generate revenue for their military.
