  2. This guy is always out and about. One would think his back muscles would be rather robust. However, there are many small muscles in the back that you don't even realize they are there until you strain them. Back strains are nasty. If you move just a little bit wrong, the muscles will seize up and painfully cramp. This video serves as an excellent reminder to give mild exercise to the back muscles. This video has prompted my curiosity as to why the ultra nationalist Hindus are so afraid of the Sikh separatists that they kill them in foreign countries. A big country like India, no doubt, has complex politics, but this does seem to be an extreme action by the ultra Nationalists.
