I liked the hat. I hope his back is better. When I've had back strain, it's usually took about a week to get better. India landed a probe on the moon a few months back. It's pretty amazing. As tech companies build factories in India, they will assimilate the tech. The rise of India will lift their people out of poverty. Most of us see this as a good thing.

@aegisfate117 You assume as many do that things will be as they were. In the generation before my grandmother, they said, "Man will never learn to fly." You, in effect, are saying that men cannot learn to live in accord with available resources. You, in effect, are saying that things will always be done the same. What does history say? Hasn't mankind learned to maximize the use of resources? Is it such a stretch to think that people can't or won't solve such problems? When you see someone doing something that doesn't work, do you do the same? When you have a problem don't you try to solve it? Are you an optimist or a pessimist? I am getting to be an old man and yet am optimistic about the future. There are wonders yet to be discovered. There are new solutions to existing problems that will be adopted. Hang in there. Get a hat like Mr. Zeihan's hat and laugh a little.
