  1. He always finds pretty places to hang out. This delivering speeches all around the globe has been good for him. I just don't get this dictator thing. Venezuela sits upon an enormous oil reserve. The country could have been rich enough to make the dictator's rich. All they had to do was treat people decent. Is that really that hard for these dictator types? Oil companies like money. They will put up with quite a lot of BS in a country if they are able to get that oil. I just don't think it would be that hard to manage a country when it sits on a mass of liquid money. I used to buy Venezuelan gas at Citgo gas stations all the time. These dictators like to blame the US for everything. Sorry, Mr. Bus Driver, this one is your fault.
