  1. The absolute irony of Leeds University pontificating rationing for climate change when they for the last 20 years have gone through a massive period of expansion and campus development. They have built massive buildings out of concrete which is one of the largest emitters of carbon.

  3. I doubt the UK is in for a period of decline even though it will be largely immune to the collapse of the EU it will still be managed into decline by crazy policies.
