  1. It is not the queen's role to get active in legislation or executive power. If she does that she would be expected to act that way every time. You have to understand that she has had to stay out of many important issues over the years.

  3. Britain has a system of crown government. That means that the Monarchy that inhabits the crown acts as a balance to the parliament as does the House of Lords. It would be better if normal people were taught this concept instead of thinking that she is famous for being the queen.
