  1. People are living in a fantasy world. If Putin orders the use of a tactical warhead on a Ukrainian target his military will just do it. In tyrannical countries militaries are very good at following orders. The west will not respond with nuclear warheads because that would be world wide nuclear exchange and guess what Putin already knows all of this.

  2. The west is not weak but they do give that impression at times. No Putin if he decides to start a war will find that Western armaments are much more powerful than eastern and also more vicious.

  3. This is exactly the sort of things Hitler did. He would do things that did not push the limits to far just to see how the West would reaction. If Russia does not get much pushback on Ukraine they will then pick another target maybe even a NATO country just to see how the West will react. Russia knows that if the west does come and fight for that NATO country they could get pushed back out and that would be the end of it at that point as both sides would sue for peace.
