But that competitiveness is really about male attraction even if that women is opposed to men. Biological urges simply do not go away even with oppressive ideologies. Some men are simply not built for the lifestyle of a priest it is just that simple and some women are not suitable to being a nun.

If you look at a 1950s or 1960s model they tended to have the classical elegant beauty look. Around the 1980s the fashion industry started to develop a degenerate creative culture and it really took 20 years for it to start dominating. I would have to disagree with the Kate Moss thing she is in that beautiful female look category as her frame is natural when she was modelling.

@reasonablyserious The sex doll study is to push aside the other factors that can influence men. It really is trying to base it on pure physicals form. Women who are leaner look more attractive there is no getting around that fact.

Losing weight is easy and so is building muscle. The biggest problem both men and women face when doing this is psychological. Changing decades of behaviors around eating and physical movement can be very difficult.
5
@Reddotzebra They are trying to teach the world that ugly is now beautiful.

Men do not want to say it to women but the natural look that is gained from sensible levels of exercise and a good clean diet is the most desirable. Women have natural frames and there are several different sizes of frame that all look beautiful when the women is in peak health. It is the reason why Kate Moss, Elle Macpherson, Pamela Anderson and Christina Hendrix all look beautiful even though they are different body builds.
5
Very few women can pull of the natural look. There is pretty much no modern celebs that can do it. That level of facial beauty is very rare and is on par with somebody being able to run a mile in under 4 minutes.

Nope that is not what happened. Corporations that dicated the fashion industry became dominated by postmodern design. That rejected beauty and natural form for some horrible unnatural aesthetic. Art and Design colleges became dominated by this look in the 1980s and then it worked its way into corporations by the 1990s to 2000s. The rise of the Ugly model, ugly car, ugly house and ugly cities has dominated culture and its starting point was academia. I remember reading all this nonsense in health publications back in the 1990s and how concerned they were by it in womens health. Today those same publications will be pushing the very idea that professions tried to reject in previous generations.

It all depends on a women's natural frame. So Kate moss who has a light frame can look great with her thighs, hips and butt. Another women who has a larger frame can look just as equally good looking. So a women who has larger thighs does not have to look fat. A classic case of this would be Jennifer lopez who has large thighs but they do not look fat. So the key for women to look attractive is to be as healthy as possible that means physical exercise (not too much), eating healthy and being in right weight range for her natural build. So frame size and height do play a factor in what weight range a women or a man should be.
3
Women can still look beautiful even if they are thin. It really depends on the natural figure it self. A larger frame women who starves her self to look like Kate Moss is not going to look good and a women like Kate Moss trying to put on mass is not going to look good either. So a women staying lean within her natural frame is the most attractive. Lean for a women is not he same as lean for a man. As 18% body fat for a women can be lean.
3
Men generally do not view attractiveness through personality unless that person has a very over the top set of behaviors. For men attractiveness is based primarily on looks. Women on the other hand are more emotionally selective when looking at men and looks are not as important.
2
It is all psychological and behavioral.

Marilyn Monroe was not fat and was a small petite women with a particular type of frame.

@mynamename5172 1940s, 1950s, 1970s and 1980s fashion was about expressing the natural female form. Men expected it in that era as did women. So the cultural expectation was that a women who was modelling clothing was to be presented in a fashion that expressed the form of a classical female silhouette. The whole coat hanger look of fashion broke that mold because those that were making the decisions wanted to rejected natural beauty. It is reason now why you will find female models that look like men in photographs.
2
It also depends on what is meant by large breasts. A women with a medium frame could be seen as having large breasts with a C or even D cup. A women with a larger frame may require an F cup to look the same size. If Kate moss was to have a C cup her breasts would look large on her frame. Kate Moss was naturally a light frame and people confuse that to mean she was like the large coat hanger models that started to dominate later.

@peachmelba1000 The key with exercise level is not to over do it as that will lead to wearing the body out. Too many people make the classic mistake of pushing too hard because they have seen great results. So the exercise that a person uses to lose weight and get into good shape does not need to be the level of exercise that a person then need to maintain that shape and stay healthy.
1
But anime still uses classical beauty norms as do ancient Greeks or Romans.
1
@365ral Most modern philosophy which came out of European universities will try and make the claim that beauty is subjective. That is why you will get nonsense like an obese person can be healthy.
1
When it is presented to young girls from the age of 10 in magazines, tvs shows and so on it starts to dominate the mind. But they are starting to do something else in corporate media in that they are presenting the idea that obese is beautiful and will have as equally damaging effect on women.
1
Thinner women can be beautiful looking as well but it really depends if it is natural and looks healthy. Runway models are some of the most unnatural looking women on the planet and they all look really unhealthy. Kate moss looks like that naturally when she was in her prime beauty years and it was attractive looking but the industry decided to make her look like a anorexic even though she was not that.

The fashion world is not ruled by gay men. The fashion world is dominated by corporate management that then allow those gay men into creative roles. What we are seeing is what the cooperate academic world wants to be the ruling culture. Ugly models were starting to take control back in the 1980s but only were a minority back then even though there was gay men in fashion.

@LoudUpstairsNeighbor It really depends on a women's natural frame. So a women who is of a light frame with slender legs can get away with that thigh gap. Another women who is of a larger build with more muscles may find attaining that thigh gap does not work aesthetically. So Jennifer Lopez has muscular thighs and has no thigh gap and Kate Moss who slender legs has a thigh gap. Both are equally beautify looking as it is both their natural frames. Just to throw a spanner in the works Jessica Alba who is of a light frame does not have a thigh gap.
1
It depends on the women and if it is suitable for her frame. A women with a larger frame with more muscles may not have that gap and she can look just as equally beautiful as a women who has.

Those latin women in the south of the Americas may change as urbanisation becomes more of a part of the culture. Those toxic left type women are already starting to gain a foothold in Brazilian culture even though they are nowhere near the levels of western culture. By the time western culture rejects those types of behaviors it will be raging in South America.
1
The Anime girls are art and tend to use classical female beauty in its most perfect form. The same used to happen in western entertainment were women would be selected based on that basic principle of beauty. Modern entertainment is full of ugly celebs.
1
There are a lot of men that cannot resist when an attractive women is putting on her charms even if she is a complete psycho. It is one of the reasons why female spies are so dangerous.
1
Every body knows beauty when they see it.
1
That is part of if but it also about making the women ugly as postmodernism has rejected the idea of beauty. This is really taking place at the corporate level and it then allows the those in the creative sphere to push their very weird ideas.
1
The width of the hips to the naked eye is not an actual indication of the width of the birth canal or the natural shape of the hip that can accommodate birthing. The problem in the west is that there are too many round women today that changes peoples viewpoints of what a natural body should look like. SO while the vast majority of women are not overweight there is a significant amount of women that are and that changes the view of what a body frame should look like.
