  1. It is too much of a risk. Everytime you pass a car you have no idea if they are going to change lane or not. The road would need to be empty to be able to really drive like that. And then there is the issue of possible objects on the road. Imagine your wheel hitting a stone or bottle at that speed. It may be time warp time.
