  1. Avenati may be innocent of the charges but clearly he is out of his depth in these legal matters. He thought he could take on a corporate giant and not come out with any legal response on him.

  2. It may not be extortion and we will need to wait to see how it plays out. But clearly he is out of his depth in these legal matters and has got himself into a legal fight that is going to cost him probably far more than he can earn as a lawyer.
