  1. Brian Chin Heisenberg does not prove that this cannot happen it only shows us as present how unpredictable our universe actually is.

  2. 6 years can be a long time in technology.  In 6 years time we may actually have neural nets and deep learning in our embedded technologies so that this could be the norm. It may even be in 3 years time.  The knowledge and capability is there.

  3. Well that is the great philosophical debate.  Is the universe deterministic or not. Uncertainty does not prove this either way as all it could mean is that the model of our physics resolution is not great enough to actually deal with particle actions.
