  1. We will be getting IA before we get strong AI.  IA will allow us to create some extreme technology as every human will have potential access to it.  And this is all going to happen in the 2020s. We now have the tools for this to occur such as big data, augmented reality, embedded systems, wearable technology and knowledge engines(IBM watson).
