It is the adoption parents that are saying it not just people behind keyboards. The parents did not just get up an leave their life for no reason.

@okurchatov3100 What is being claimed is they abandoned her because they could not get the authorities to do anything about it. They claimed that they were at a point where they had to make a decision for the safety of their family. The authorities have no idea what age she is so they really failed the parents and the young children of that house.
