  2. collision934 It is not an excuse but it is certainly a reason for producing messed up children with no education and no prospects.  When this happens on a singular level the child can turn out alright but when it is a whole area then that is different as there is no escape.

  3. The UK is out of control.  There is over 29,000 knife crimes a year in the UK and citizens are not allowed to protect them self.  I moved my family out of there because it was a mess.
