  2.  @jessie9653  Most western depression is caused by indoor living. Which results in lower vitamin d and a compromised metabolism. Combining vitamin d with exercise and being outdoors with a good diet is a great strategy.

People just want to eat what they find enjoyable which tends to be refined carbohydrates like bread, pasta, breakfast cereals, sugary drinks and it is all topped of with lots of potatoes and fruit. The potatoes, fruit and rice would all be fine for most people if they did not over engorge them self the other foods.

  5. How is it incompetence? People decided to show up on mass. Everybody is in panic so they all decide to travel in at once. Other than governments cancelling flights what were they supposed to do?

  6. They are not covering it at all. And the BBC news is still saying it is just a mild condition and not to worry. I cannot believe that they are saying this. This will do far more damage in the long run and people will not be ready. Right now the UK should be stockpiling and getting ready. Businesses could get prepared for quarantine. I have all my businesses ready with reserve funds for long term shut down.

  7.  @tColorsinspacerecordings  Buy a good mask and be super careful in every respect such as wearing gloves. Be super discipled for the flight. Drink before you get on board and do not touch your mouth for the whole flight. Do not talk to anybody and just keep to your self. If anybody tries to talk to you ignore them. Now is the time to try and fly because the numbers of cases are probably still relatively low but that will change over time. You do not want to be stuck in Thailand if you are not from there.

  8. The virus came from China and the chinese government knew that the virus was spreading within their country and they allowed it to spread internationally. But then again what would you expect of a government that has murdered over 100 million people?

  14. People are confusing the test of a positive virus with that of a diseased or sick case. The virus is going to be present even when there is 100% vaccination of society. That does not mean that there will be sick people.

  15. People in the modern world do not live an outdoors lifestyle. It is one of the primary drivers of modern health problems. Lack of vitamin d, fresh air and physical activity is driving cases of illness. And then on top of that people have horrible diets that are really restrictive. People need to be eating meat, fish, many vegetables, fruits, nuts, tea, coffee, water and herbs. The modern diet of eating very similar foods over and over and over and over 7 times a day is causing problems.

  16. Those tests being carried out by many countries are not accurate. The US put a hold on the tests because they may only be 30% accurate. The new tests that have been developed can now be used for both strains and also are much more accurate than before.

  17. A full lock down will mean that the disease could be controlled in about 30 days. The problem then for Beijing will be keeping people out of the city that have not gone through the period of lockdown as they could just reintroduce the virus.

  18. +airborneexplorer Wash things with hot water and use any soap you can get your hands on. I would assume your child has picked up a seasonal flu virus. I knew people who had them as a child and their body goes a little bit nuts as it tries to figure it out. This novel coronavirus seems to be a focus on the lungs rather than being like a standard flu virus that affects many other things.

  28. Not necessarily. Some experts believe that there could be 10 times more infected than what is being counted. It could be 100 times more. If that is the case the death rate could go down. The real issues seems to be complications but that will also lower with higher infection rates but would still be a high figure.

  32. They probably have lots of material likes beds, clothing and other things that have all been burned. Even furniture is probably being burned. All medical materials are being burned.

  39. China did not actually understand the problem until it was well into the Month of January but the moment they understood they committed them self to it 100%. They are trying to stop movement from the area but it may be too late.

  42. The UK is shutting down one step at a time. The UK does not have the outbreak levels of Europe at this moment. Complete shut down for the UK might be stupid at this point because people simply may not be prepared.

  49. Zealand has allow migrant workers to come from other countries this is more than likely the cause of the outbreaks. The same has happened in several countries that were getting their test figures down into single digits. Both Ireland and Denmark had outbreaks in meat factories which have migrant workers that actively travel from various reasons. Ireland had a complete lockdown and got their figures down to extremely low levels and then the outbreak occurred in processing plants and Denmark had the exact same situation.
