@jessie9653 Most western depression is caused by indoor living. Which results in lower vitamin d and a compromised metabolism. Combining vitamin d with exercise and being outdoors with a good diet is a great strategy.

@davidsheriff8989 Romans and Greeks understood this thousands of years ago but not in a medical sense but in their living and the evidence of that living. They understood diabetes could be treated with a diet lower in carbohydrates.
