  7. @Adam A-K You can blame the civil service for that. The conservatives are dealing with that and it will take a few years to sort out and there will come a point that we will see the change. That new government has only been in office about 6 months. People voted for Brexit and they are going to get it.

  8. Obama's personal spending was never an issue for conservatives. His government spending was the issue. Obama had plenty of trips and events that cost money but no body cares.

  9. @Adam A-K A government must have a majority that is clean and easy to achieve. May done damage to the Conservatives to the point that she destroyed an already weak majority. Boris then ran an election that gained him a strong Majority. That meant he has only had 6 months with the new government. Under May the civil service had been really running the country not the conservatives. She was too scared to get into a battle with them. Boris has already laid the law to them and there has been resignations. None of this happens over night and will take time. Next UK election will be 4 years time. Enough time to deal with. In two years time they will have been cleared out.
