  6. +Owleyes China as a nation does not have 2000 years of trade experience. For the last 60 odd years China has been in a communist struggle. China's trade is made up mostly of US corporations such as Apple.

  7. +J MAN Trump did that to let the chinese know that there is still a deal to be had and that it is not just an all out trade war. The key to all of this is to have an international trade order that is balanced and does not require the US to pick up the tab. If Trump had of allowed ZTE to collapse it would have signified to the Chinese that the US is trying to destroy China when in fact it is not.
