  1. +Robert Casey A child that has been touched by a teenager is not considered a victim of sexual abuse? I find that idea disgusting. So let us get this straight you are saying that teenagers and older children have the right to touch young babies as they please without being considered as sexual abuse. And do you also think that such abuse victims need to them self understand that they were abused as children for it to be considered abuse? I find your logic disgusting and shocking.
